During our first session we'll complete a fitness assessment and functional movement screen to focus on identifying imbalances, compensation patterns, and progressing to improved mobility, strength and balance.
I will hold just THREE 1:1 training spots for new clients each month.
We will start with Goal Setting Session & Functional Movement Screen so I can get a better sense of how you move, what your goals are and how I can best support you!
Our private training sessions will be built around the information we collect together from your first goal setting and fitness assessment.
We will take a deeper dive into your unique goals so I can give you my best recommendations and strategies!
You will have a personally tailored program developed to follow independently along with the support regular of check ins and a once weekly live training session.

Sessions are created and coached directly by Angie and conveniently supported with coaching materials and strategies that have been implemented by someone who has continually fought chronic illness to keep herself moving as well as support clients aiming for a strong improvement and a place at the top of the priority list.
This is a commitment you are making to YOU, designed to give you the tools to implement a sustainable movement practice with a specific focus, and feel confident implementing these functional movement practices on a regular basis.
