Yoga Foundations

This is a beginner friendly foundational yoga class where you have the opportunity to gain confidence in the poses, build core strength and focus on improving balance.

Use this as your regular practice or as a recovery day practice for more advanced movers and heavy lifters.

Every class includes an element of spinal mobilization, core strength exercises, balance postures.

Improve flexibility, range of motion, and challenge strength in major muscle groups with standing poses to support common activities of daily living, as well as incorporate focused breathing techniques and mind/body connection.

Steel Mace Vinyasa - 60 Minutes

Yoga flows and steel mace conditioning are paired together for a powerful practice!

We follow the PRIME, CONDITION, FLOW structure of Steel Mace Vinyasa, this is a moderate to high intensity class depending on your level of experience.

We begin with a warm up of 15-20 minutes joint mobility and unloaded yoga flows

This leads into our Conditioning Rounds, this is where we up the intensity and train with a specific focus and sharpen mace mechanics.

We then lessen the intensity and step into a yoga flow under the load of the mace, then include an unloaded flow to build strength and confidence in the poses

Finally we finish class with a few decompensation stretches and focused time for savasana 5-10 minutes at the end of each class.

Don’t worry if you’re new to steel mace, modifications will be made available.

This is an empowering practice that invites you to illicit flow state while also tapping into a deeper sense of purpose utilizing functional movement patterns while wielding ancient weaponry.

Kettlebell Conditioning

45 Minute Sessions focused on strength building and cardio conditioning utilizing kettlebells and body weight exercises.

Class Structure includes focused joint mobility followed by a five minute kettlebell flow which primes the movement patterns in our high intensity conditioning, a core finisher is often included before our decompensation stretches to finish each session.

Sessions are designed to increase strength, cardio capacity, range of motion and improve posture by focusing on key core musculature while maintaining proper control of a kettlebell.

Kickboxing

Bring your gloves and your 'get it done' attitude!

This is a high intensity class where we'll be throwing punches and kicks during this 45 minute session, learn how to land solid punches, kicks and get your heart rate up while doing it.

Class starts with a short warm up to prime the body, then we jump into a short strength building and conditioning session before we begin our kickboxing rounds on the heavy bags.

Dynamic training for everybody! Learn how to move with strength and control in this 45 minute class using Kettlebells & Steel Mace to improve functional strength, conditioning, mobility and balance.

Steel Mace Slow Flow Yoga - 45 Minutes

This is a lower intensity slow burn type of class.

Yoga flows and steel mace strength are paired together for this powerful practice!

In this condensed 45 minute session we’ll focus on yoga flows, both in classic unloaded poses as well as weighted utilizing a steel mace to add resistance and build strength throughout these flows.

This is a flow based practice that invites you to tap into a deeper sense of purpose of movement, and breath body connection, all while wielding ancient weaponry.

Puppy Yoga & TWO Year Anniversary!

As part of our two year anniversary here in Cache, we'd love to have you join us in the studio for a relaxed yoga practice with a few of our furry friends from Comanche County Humane Society looking for their forever home!

NOTE: Dogs are adoptable but they will not be going home with anyone that day, its a lot for them to take in and we want to make sure they end up in their forever home, this is a great opportunity to meet, spend time with and love these rescue pups, you may begin the application process if you connect with one of the dogs during class but they will be returning to their fosters at the end of the day until the adoption process is complete and a family is chosen for them.

I have a big place in my heart for rescue animals and couldn't think of a better way to combine our two year business anniversary and a positive community event!

  • TWELVE SPOTS are available in the studio for you to practice yoga with and maybe find your new best friend!

Bring a mat and be ready to share some down dogs with these adoptable pups.

(keep in mind when deciding which mat to bring, there's a chance they may chew or be a little messy)

Volunteers from Comanche County Humane Society will be on site to help with handling the dogs and coordinating potential adoptions.

Stay for awhile after class to chat and share a few snacks.

$22 is the suggested class registration amount, anything you contribute over the suggested registration fee will be donated to the Humane Society.

Stretch & Strength Fall Series

BEGINS OCTOBER 9TH

Our Stretch & Strength Series is back for the Fall!

Designed for those around retirement age and those coming back from injuries or with chronic pain considerations.

Before we begin, please let me know if there are any injuries or health issues that your trainer should be aware of, or movements that may need to be avoided, modifications can always be made available.

Our first session will include, as part of our practice, a simple fitness assessment so we have a progress marker at the end of our series.

All sessions will include a yoga based element and will build to incorporate core strength practices, joint mobility and accessible strength training that can be implemented both in the studio and at home.

Classes will be held at 4:30pm on Thursdays, beginning October 9th and will take us into August with improved strength, mobility and a solid foundation of these practices.
