This training is designed for people who want clarity, structure, and confident movement, while sharpening a new skill that builds strength & mobility. .

Your first session includes a comprehensive fitness assessment and functional movement screen, where we identify compensation patterns, mobility limitations, and strength imbalances that may be holding you back or contributing to pain, fatigue, or stalled progress.

Following our initial session, I design a custom training plan built around:

  • Your goals

  • Your movement history

  • Your current capacity and recovery needs

Every session is coached directly by me, we’ll work intentionally through:

  • Functional strength and mobility

  • Balance and coordination

  • Skill-based training methods (Kettlebell, Steel Mace, Kickboxing, Yoga)

  • Cardiovascular conditioning that supports (not drains) your nervous system

  • Recovery-based training principles that help you stay consistent long-term
