ABOUT ME

I’m Angie your Functional Movement Coach, fitness nerd, and personal hype woman for all things strength, mobility, and mindset.

My coaching roots go way back!

I started teaching Taekwondo in junior high and as a Jr. Olympic athlete, helped others work their way up the ranks and into competitions. Those early experiences shaped how I coach today: with equal parts discipline, encouragement, and emphasizing the value of showing up for yourself.

Now, I blend Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Yoga, and functional training to help people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. My approach combines movement, mindset, and foundational habits to create long-term strength without burnout or stress. No more workouts without purpose, this is a movement practice.

While navigating my own journey with Crohn’s Disease, I've learned and shared repeatedly that fitness isn’t about punishment, it’s about partnership with your body. My approach blends movement, mindset, and foundational habits to create sustainable change and solid systems without the overwhelm.

Whether you’re training 1:1, in a small group, or following one of my virtual programs, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you move forward with confidence, consistency, and a healthy dose of “get sh*t done.”

My coaching style is real, results-driven, and rooted in the belief that strength and mobility are the foundation of a long, vibrant life.

I'd like for you to be able to come to the studio for YOUR practice. This is your space, and it is designed for adults.

No! Most of the people training with me are coming back to a physical practice after some time off. Either due to a chronic condition or an overloaded schedule that's kept them sidelined.

We can setup a time for a one on one Strategy Call to get some clarity and start putting a game plan together for you. We'll discuss where you're at with your current routine, where the blocks are, what equipment you have available and set some solid goals.

The drop in rate is $20 you can bypass this when you register by clicking "pay with membership"
