I'm Angie, your Movement Coach and your new hype woman, originally from a Martial Arts and Group Fitness training background with an emphasis on Kettlebell, Steel Mace and Steel Clubs.
I began teaching people how to move their bodies when I was just in Junior High and leading Taekwondo classes, as a Jr. Olympic athlete I had the opportunity to help other students work their way up the belt levels as well as into competitions themselves.
Over the years I've had the benefit of using a wide range of modalities to assist clients in identifying and improving individual fitness goals.
This is done through a combination of movement, mindset and foundational habit techniques without adding unnecessary stress and by removing the fear of being a beginner in a new practice.
I've implemented and refined techniques in small group settings and by providing 1:1 personal training.
A continual student of movement and the human body, the expansion into providing yoga came from a personal need due to my own chronic illness, Crohn's Disease, as well as a desire to bring balanced training to the community.
For my clients I focus on bringing together a strength, mobility and mindset connection, creating a roadmap for long term sustainable practices.

Do I have to be in shape already to work with you?
No! Most of the people training with me are coming back to a physical practice after some time off. Either due to a chronic condition or an overloaded schedule that's kept them sidelined.
I'm not sure how to get started, which option is best for me?
We can setup a time for a one on one Strategy Call to get some clarity and start putting a game plan together for you. We'll discuss where you're at with your current routine, where the blocks are, what equipment you have available and set some solid goals.
I have a membership why does it say class is $20
