FAQs:

  • I'm not local to you can I still do this program?
    100% yes! This is a hybrid program so you can complete the training virtually, if you are training from a distance; our 1:1 sessions will be held via zoom and the private group trainings on Saturdays will be on zoom as well as recorded for your use.

  • What if I miss the weekly group private training?
    These will be recorded if you can't make it live, so you won't miss out.

  • Do I have to train every single day?
    Yes and no, I recommend as my Coach has said "Train on the days you want to feel good." You'll have a movement practice recommended every day based on what we discuss during our orientation and goal setting session. The intensity of your practice will shift day to day (more on this in your course), not every session will leave you exhausted and some will be shorter than others, so your time is maximized and your nervous system supported. Your low intensity recovery days are considered part of your training and should not be skipped.

  • I've never worked with a mace or kettlebells can I still do this program?
    Absolutely! I'll guide you through how to get started and keep you moving safely.

  • I have a chronic illness can I still participate?
    Yes you can still participate! We may have some additional modifications or adjustments to make as your specific situation allows but so long as your doctor has cleared you to exercise, I'm here to support you!
