Stay Fit and Healthy through our Exciting Fitness Classes!
As we open our doors, I’m excited to announce the lineup of adult fitness classes designed to keep you in shape, active, and healthy.
There's something for everyone in our schedule, from yoga to kickboxing. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect each day.
Tuesday
Every Tuesday, we start with a community yoga session at 6 PM held in Cache City Hall. This is a free class designed to promote wellness and relaxation within the community.
Following this, at 7:15 PM, we return to the studio for our Viking Strength & Mobility class. This is a high-intensity workout designed to build strength, improve coordination through functional movement patterns and increase flexibility.
Wednesday
On Wednesdays, we kick off the evening with a 6 PM Kickboxing class. This class helps you get your heart rate up while learning some self-defense techniques. At 7:15 PM, we switch gears to a Steel Mace Vinyasa class. This class combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a steel mace to improve strength and mobility.
Thursday
Thursday's schedule mirrors Tuesday's, with a free community yoga class at 6 PM followed by Viking Strength & Mobility at 7:15 PM. Remember, it's free to join the Cache Community Yoga class, so don't hesitate to come and join us!
Friday
Friday evenings start with a kickboxing class at 6 PM, followed by a Kettlebell Conditioning class at 7:15 PM. The kettlebell conditioning class focuses on functional movements using both body weight exercises and kettlebells, helping you build strength and endurance.
Saturday
Finally, on Saturdays, we start the morning with a kickboxing class at 10 AM. This class is perfect for those who like to start their weekend with an energetic workout. At 11 AM, we have a Steel Mace Vinyasa class, which is a powerful cross training modality created to improve your strength while stepping into flow state, by combining yoga asana and steel mace practices.
Our fall 2023 class schedule is packed with exciting classes designed to cater to a wide variety of fitness interests. Whether you're a fan of high-intensity workouts like kickboxing and Viking Strength & Mobility, or you prefer the more meditative and embodied sessions of yoga and Steel Mace Vinyasa, we have something for everyone.
