We are back on the mat starting January 2nd!
We train a little differently here and its something you have to experience first hand. I want to thank you for being a part of this community as our little studio has gotten started, my heart is so full seeing everyone step into this space consistently and make it their own. We are just a couple months into it and already I can see strength building, mobility increasing and that self confident stance as you conquer some non-traditional training methods!
LETS GOOOO!!
We train functional movement patterns based on throwing and striking techniques combined with yoga practices, joint mobility drills, kettlebell conditioning and heavy bag kickboxing, which makes for a powerful small group training environment.
These are practices that can, and should, be utilized for a lifetime of healthy movement.
Since we are in a micro-studio, class sizes are limited to just six, so you get more individualized feedback and coaching on developing your movement practice.
Class schedule has been updated for a January test run, with TWO MORE opportunities to train with us every week. This means there are now TWELVE sessions a week for you to choose from!

- 6pm Kickboxing

- 11am Steel Mace Vinyasa 60 Min.
