
45 Minute Sessions focused on strength building and cardio conditioning utilizing kettlebells and body weight exercises.
Class Structure includes focused joint mobility followed by a five minute kettlebell flow which primes the movement patterns in our high intensity conditioning, a core finisher is often included before our decompensation stretches to finish each session.
Sessions are designed to increase strength, cardio capacity, range of motion and improve posture by focusing on key core musculature while maintaining proper control of a kettlebell.
