In this condensed 45 minute session we’ll focus on yoga flows, both in classic unloaded poses as well as weighted utilizing a steel mace to add resistance and build strength throughout these flows.
This is a flow based practice that invites you to tap into a deeper sense of purpose of movement, and breath body connection, all while wielding ancient weaponry.
