Our Stretch & Strength Series is back for the Fall!
Designed for those around retirement age and those coming back from injuries or with chronic pain considerations.
Before we begin, please let me know if there are any injuries or health issues that your trainer should be aware of, or movements that may need to be avoided, modifications can always be made available.
Our first session will include, as part of our practice, a simple fitness assessment so we have a progress marker at the end of our series.
All sessions will include a yoga based element and will build to incorporate core strength practices, joint mobility and accessible strength training that can be implemented both in the studio and at home.
Classes will be held at 4:30pm on Thursdays, beginning October 9th and will take us into November, wrapping up just before Thanksgiving so you can start the holidays with improved strength, mobility and a solid foundation of these practices.
