
This is a beginner friendly foundational yoga class where you have the opportunity to gain confidence in the poses, build core strength and focus on improving balance.
Use this as your regular practice or as a recovery day practice for more advanced movers and heavy lifters.
Every class includes an element of spinal mobilization, core strength exercises, balance postures.
Improve flexibility, range of motion, and challenge strength in major muscle groups with standing poses to support common activities of daily living, as well as incorporate focused breathing techniques and mind/body connection.
