This is a foundational level program, that can be used to get back into a structured movement practice without adding unnecessary stress by utilizing Recovery Based Training.
We're going to be building functional strength and improving mobility using yoga asana, body weight exercises, steel mace and self care practices to support reduction of chronic inflammation.
You will be set up with a clear framework to cultivate long term sustainable and enjoyable movement practices.
12 Week Overview:
You will receive:
- A digital program manual
- An orientation video call with your Coach.
- Regular 30 minute coaching sessions, these will be weekly to get you started, biweekly as your schedule is developed and then monthly as the program wraps up.
- Weekly emails as a follow up to your workouts.
I'll ask you evaluate how the previous week went and identify any potential obstacles in the upcoming week.

- Some movement practice sessions will be done independently, but modifications can always be made available and your Coach is here to help!
