This is a foundational level program, that can be used to get back into a structured movement practice without adding unnecessary stress by utilizing Recovery Based Training.

We're going to be building functional strength and improving mobility using yoga asana, body weight exercises, steel mace and self care practices to support reduction of chronic inflammation.

You will be set up with a clear framework to cultivate long term sustainable and enjoyable movement practices.

12 Week Overview:

  • FOUNDATIONS - Weeks 1 - 3 Intro & begin to build the habit without overwhelming the system. HEAVY on the self care, journaling, meditation and short movement practices, sun salutations, 15 min. walks.
  • SKILL DEVELOPMENT - Weeks 4 - 6 Continue Foundations and implement the four day wave of training. Focusing on the movement practice including body weight and begin steel mace conditioning.
  • STRENGTH BUILDING - Weeks 7 - 9 - Full Steel Mace practice with conditioning rounds and weighted flows will now be incorporated, building on the previous weeks practice. This is where we pair yoga asana with steel mace to add load to the body and facilitate tapping into flow state. Still heavy on the self care and four day wave of recovery based training.
  • BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER - Weeks 10-12 This is where you'll see of the groundwork in foundations, skill development and strength building coming together. The previous weeks have been slowly and deliberately building you up to this point. This is a structure you can implement, repeat and continue to grow from!

You will receive:

- A digital program manual

- An orientation video call with your Coach.
- Regular 30 minute coaching sessions, these will be weekly to get you started, biweekly as your schedule is developed and then monthly as the program wraps up.

- Weekly emails as a follow up to your workouts.

I'll ask you evaluate how the previous week went and identify any potential obstacles in the upcoming week.

- Access to Class Recordings Video Library

- Some movement practice sessions will be done independently, but modifications can always be made available and your Coach is here to help!
